What we arrange — and what is not automatic
For destinations not in the calculator there is no online booking: our team handles each request individually. The quote reflects the service actually available for the recipient's address, content restrictions and customs formalities.

Where DHL Express and Chronopost operate
These carriers' international express networks reach countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa and Oceania. That is the carriers' network, not a list of destinations confirmed by PREMIER COURRIER: each shipment is checked when we quote, and some countries or services may be excluded.
According to the carriers, Chronopost's Chrono Express international network covers about 230 countries and territories, and DHL Express more than 220.
Customs, contents, weight and size
Outside the European Union every shipment carries a customs declaration stating the contents and their value. Import duties, taxes or inspections may apply under the destination country's rules.
Dangerous or restricted goods (for example some lithium batteries, aerosols or flammable liquids) follow the carrier's rules or are refused. Weight and size limits depend on the service and are confirmed in the quote.

Can I get an instant price for any country?
No. Instant prices exist only for directions open in the calculator. For other countries we prepare a personal quote after checking with the carrier.
Is DHL Express or Chronopost booked online?
Not for these destinations. Our team checks the request and arranges the shipment manually, only after you accept the quote.
What should I include in my request?
The destination country, city and postcode, a description and the value of the contents, the weight and dimensions of each parcel, and whether the shipment is personal or commercial.
Who pays duties and taxes on arrival?
It depends on the country and the service chosen. The quote states what is planned; otherwise import duties and taxes are normally due from the recipient.
Can I send a parcel to Ukraine this way?
For Ukraine, use our France → Ukraine directions with a live price, described on their own page; they do not need a personal quote.
