Terms of service
The rules that apply when you use PREMIER COURRIER forwarding, assisted purchasing and fulfilment services.
Service scope
PREMIER COURRIER receives parcels at its warehouses, may provide photo reports, inspection, storage, consolidation and repacking, and organises international shipping to available destinations. Available services depend on the warehouse, the parcel and the destination country.
Account and eligibility
You need a customer account to obtain a receiving address and a personal reference. You are responsible for the accuracy of your recipient details and for using the personal reference on every incoming parcel; parcels without a usable reference may be held as unidentified.
Prices and quotations
Calculator results are estimates based on the tariff active on the day of the calculation and the data you enter. Final charges use the weight and dimensions measured in the warehouse, including volumetric weight where the carrier applies it, plus requested services and storage charges. An approved quotation is not changed retroactively.
Prohibited goods and customs
You must not ship goods prohibited by the origin country, the destination country, the carrier or our prohibited-goods list. You are the declarant of the contents: declared description, value, currency and HS codes must be truthful. Duties, taxes and customs fees for the destination country are payable by you.
Payment
Services and shipments are payable before dispatch. You can pay from your wallet balance or by card through our payment provider. Storage beyond the free period, returns and customs charges are invoiced separately.
Carriers and third parties
International transport, last-mile delivery, customs clearance and payment processing are performed by third parties under their own terms and transit times. Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed dates.
Responsibility
Our responsibility is limited to the services we actually perform and, where insurance is purchased, to the insured declared value. We are not responsible for seller errors, incorrect recipient data, prohibited contents, customs decisions or delays caused by carriers or authorities. Claims must be reported through support without undue delay.
