Warehouse receiving: you have your online purchases delivered to your receiving address in France. We receive them for you, then you request shipment to Ukraine from your account.
Branch drop-off: where a PREMIER COURRIER branch is open, you can hand in a parcel you have already packed. The agent registers, weighs and measures it and confirms the rate before dispatch. Contact us to find out whether a branch is available near you.

Customs and prohibited items
Every shipment to Ukraine comes with a declaration of its contents and value. Duties, taxes, inspections or extra documents (purchase invoice, proof of payment) may be required depending on the goods, the declared value and the rules in force.
Some items cannot be carried or are restricted. Read our customs guide and the list of prohibited goods before shipping.
What protects you
The final price, including services and insurance, is shown before payment. Your receiving address is only given inside your account, and every parcel received appears there with its status. Our team answers in English, French and Ukrainian.
