How PREMIER COURRIER collects and protects personal data on the public website and in customer accounts.
Who operates the service
The platform is operated by PREMIER COURRIER, an international parcel forwarding, assisted purchasing and warehouse fulfilment service. Our receiving warehouse operates in Bordeaux (33800), France. The exact receiving address is issued inside your customer account after registration.
Data we collect
Account data: name, phone number, optional email, delivery country and preferred language. Logistics data: expected parcels, tracking numbers, weight, dimensions, photos, storage events and shipment history. Customs data: declared contents, values and HS codes you provide. Payment data: invoices, wallet balance and payment references. Card details are never stored by us: they are handled by our payment provider.
Why we process it
To create and secure your account, receive and identify your parcels, provide requested services (photos, inspection, repacking, consolidation), calculate prices, issue invoices, hand shipments to carriers, complete customs formalities and provide support.
Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and your session working. Audience, user-experience and marketing cookies run only with your consent and only on public pages. Analytics and marketing are always disabled inside customer, warehouse and administrator areas, and we never send tracking numbers, addresses, parcel contents, photos, invoices or customs data to analytics providers.
Who we share data with
Only what a task requires: carriers and delivery partners (recipient and parcel data needed for delivery), customs authorities and brokers (declaration data), payment providers (payment data), and SMS/email providers (message delivery). We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
Logistics, invoicing and customs records are kept as long as required for accounting and customs obligations; account data is kept while your account is active. You can request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of your data, and withdraw cookie consent at any time, by contacting info@premier-courrier.eu.
