Verbotene Waren

The following categories are never accepted: weapons, ammunition and their parts; explosives, fireworks and flammable liquids or gases; narcotics; live animals; human remains; cash, bank cards and bearer securities. Restricted categories are accepted only with the right paperwork or a specific carrier service: lithium batteries, aerosols, perfumes and alcohol, medicines, food and supplements, plants and seeds, branded goods without proof of purchase. Destination countries add their own restrictions. Always check the rules of the destination country before purchasing, and contact support if you are not sure — we can confirm before your parcel arrives at the warehouse.
